nbaee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the nbaee platform and all associated services ("we", "nbaee") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the nbaee website or mobile app, or by registering an account, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. nbaee is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting and other online gaming services. By using the platform you confirm that you are aware of the applicable laws of Bangladesh and are using the platform at your own responsibility.

We reserve the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the nbaee platform you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is intended only for those who are 21 or older. We may request identity documents to verify age. Any attempt by a minor to register an account will be immediately cancelled and any associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. If nbaee finds evidence of multiple accounts, it may suspend or close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending withdrawals and bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds. If any of your details change, please notify our support team without delay.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. nbaee will not be liable for any loss arising from a failure to keep your account secure.

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Your identity may be verified before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals will only be completed to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the wagering requirement for any bonus has not been met, the associated bonus funds will not be withdrawable.

3.4 Transaction Rejection

nbaee reserves the right to reject or suspend transactions in the following cases:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Account verification not completed
• Evidence of a breach of platform rules
• Exploitation of a technical error

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus will be automatically credited to the account after the first deposit. The welcome bonus applies only once per member.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, wagering of 20 times (20x) the total bonus amount must be completed. For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, a total of ৳100,000 in wagers must be placed before withdrawal. Wagering may not count on certain games — contact our support team for details.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

nbaee operates three VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Players may be eligible for promotion to a higher tier based on their activity and deposit history. nbaee reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus funds, bonus arbitrage or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage may result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and, if necessary, suspension of the account. Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household will be treated as bonus abuse.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

nbaee uses a verifiable random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Games on our platform are developed by recognised software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and Evolution Gaming, all of which comply with international fair play standards.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software or program to attempt to influence game outcomes
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to networks or servers
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate games
• Exploiting technical errors (errors must be reported immediately)
• Transferring or selling an account to another person

5.3 Technical Issues and Disputes

7.1 Account Closure by nbaee

nbaee may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Operating multiple accounts
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period

7.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any withdrawable funds outstanding at the time of closure will be paid out, however bonus funds will not be returned if the associated bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

8.1 Disclaimer of Liability

nbaee will not be liable for the following:

• Game outcomes affected by internet disconnection
• Delays or failures by third-party payment service providers
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to an account
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government orders)

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in force. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that is consistent with the original intent.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between nbaee and the user. Any prior oral or written agreement is superseded by these Terms.
